We are governed - internally and externally - by doing what is best for the project, rather than what might squeeze the very last penny out of a parcel. And that perspective extends far beyond the borders of our ownership, into the local communities, regional, even national levels of impact with many elements of a Rockingham development.

We believe that we can improve the economic options for residents and workers, as well as provide the optimal experience for our guests, by exercising sound implementation and management of our natural resources within the context of minimizing the detrimental effects to the ecosystem generally brought on by traditional methods of development.
