INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
Institutional relationships serve to move forward large scale development infrastructure, provide linkages to multiple resources (such as investors, vendors and service providers), as well as provide strategic input throughout international markets. Wealth, wisdom and relationship building are but a few of the fruits of a healthy and vibrant pairing of a developer and choice institutional players. Rockingham is fortunate to count among our relationships such well-known powerhouses as Lehman Brothers, Carlson Corp., Four Seasons, Starwood, Kingdom Corp, GE Capital, Deutche Bank, Squires Saunders Dempsey, MetLife (New England Life Insurance Co.), Bank of Montreal and Citi (First Nationwide Bank).
Strategic relationships with leading providers of key amenity and infrastructure elements are reflected in LOI's from such firms as Fast One, Inc., (automotive race track), Porteon (electrical cars and watercraft), BERK International MedCorp, Inc., (Global Choice Health Care: on-site medical facilities); Road 9 (telecommunications), and others. Rockingham is in continual dialogue with the world's premier providers of marine facilities, retirement housing, equestrian, golf, tennis and resort facilities, as well as varied consortia of international sports interests; all a part of Phase One Development plans.
